Sit.com was thought of first in 1994 in Tokyo Japan. Back then, the Internet was just starting. Our intent was to create a Hollywood Sitcom destination site at sit.com. We got distracted along the way and focused on starting Japan's first commercial Internet company at www.Japan.co.jp. Two young Americans went on to change the world of Japan by what is commonplace behavior today. We registered domain names about topics. Oh Damn! Snap and then shock and awe. The Japanese business community blacklisted our business and me! Son of a Bitch, I was done in for ... being a ventureman.

So, sit.com got put on a back burner. In 2000 I returned to Los Angeles and then started www.ABCsolar.com to sell and install solar electric systems.

My sitcom idea for sit.com is two American venturemen starting a solar business in Tokyo. We are going to be doing that anyway, so why not film it? Lots of business activity for the Japan venture will be done in Los Angeles, so the cost of filming can be kept down.

Since my focus is solar energy, I think I will continue to let sit.com sit. Unless, of course, I wake up in the middle of the night and write a great piece of software code and put it live. That live code goes viral and sit.com becomes to place to hang out ... the place to sit and chill.

I figure someone will realize the true value of sit.com and want to buy the domain and produce it themself. That is why sit.com is for sale. Sit down, take a moment as this is where we sit. So to speak.
